If you provide information through lead generation forms, instant forms, or similar features for the purpose of connecting with a Heatseeker client or partner, we may share that information with the relevant client, partner, or sponsor, as consistent with the context and intent of your submission.

In certain cases, the identity of the client, partner, or sponsor may not be disclosed to you at the time of collection (for example, where the campaign is conducted on behalf of an “incognito” brand or for market research purposes). When this occurs, your information will only be shared as necessary to fulfill the stated purpose of the form, in line with applicable law and our contractual obligations.
